Data that stays in your browser
Question history, wrong answers, favorites, progress, and N-400 practice answers are stored only in your browser. The site provides a “Clear local learning data” button. Clearing browser storage can also remove them.
Data used to protect paid access
Our server may store encrypted or one-way identifiers for a license and anonymous learner seat, short session data, and the status needed to enforce 1, 3, or 30 seats. It does not need your N-400 answers.
Anonymous product events
The browser may send a randomly generated event ID when a free mock is completed. A purchase-button route may record the chosen plan. Automated quality tests are excluded. Question answers, favorites, N-400 answers, names, addresses, A-Numbers, and immigration details are not included.
Payments
Payhip and PayPal process checkout, identity, tax, fraud-prevention, and payment information under their own privacy notices. This site does not receive card or PayPal credentials.
Retention and requests
Anonymous operational records are kept only as needed for access control, refunds, security, accounting, and aggregate product measurement. Use the support contact in the Payhip purchase receipt for a privacy or access request.
