Refund policy

Sales are open.

Checkout is handled by Payhip. A purchase is not counted as paid until Payhip confirms it, and refunded licenses are revoked after a valid refund notification.

30-day request window

After sales open, a customer may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase through the support contact in the Payhip receipt. Include the Payhip transaction identifier, not card or PayPal credentials.

What happens after a full refund

The Payhip license is disabled and paid study access ends. Browser-local progress can still be cleared with the site control. A refund can take additional time to appear because Payhip, PayPal, and the customer’s financial institution process it.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply under mandatory law. Chargebacks, disputes, duplicate charges, and unauthorized payments are handled with the payment platforms and applicable law.
