2008 vs 2025 civics test: choose by filing date
There are two official civics test versions in use. “2026” is the study year, not a third version.

The date that matters
USCIS uses the date you filed Form N-400 to determine the test version. Check your receipt instead of guessing from an interview date.
Keep the banks separate
Use only the official study material for your assigned version. Mixing the 100-question and 128-question sets creates avoidable confusion.
